Key Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements from various stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into clear, concise functional and non-functional specifications.
- Support senior analysts in developing process maps, user stories, and use cases.
- Participate in system testing, quality assurance activities, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Help prepare and deliver training materials and support documentation for new systems and processes.
- Collaborate with technical teams (developers, architects) to ensure solutions align with business objectives.
- Research and analyze industry trends and best practices related to business systems analysis.
- Contribute to project planning and tracking activities, ensuring timely delivery.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for implemented systems.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
