Key Responsibilities
- Assist in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements from stakeholders through various techniques (interviews, workshops, surveys).
- Translate business needs into clear, concise, and unambiguous functional and non-functional specifications.
- Support the creation of process flows, use cases, user stories, and other analytical artifacts.
- Collaborate with development teams, quality assurance, and project managers to ensure requirements are understood and accurately implemented.
- Participate in testing activities, ensuring solutions meet the defined requirements.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify and propose solutions to business challenges.
- Assist in maintaining requirement traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
