Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements from stakeholders through various techniques (interviews, workshops, surveys).
  • Translate business needs into clear, concise, and unambiguous functional and non-functional specifications.
  • Support the creation of process flows, use cases, user stories, and other analytical artifacts.
  • Collaborate with development teams, quality assurance, and project managers to ensure requirements are understood and accurately implemented.
  • Participate in testing activities, ensuring solutions meet the defined requirements.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify and propose solutions to business challenges.
  • Assist in maintaining requirement traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Learn and apply various business analysis methodologies and tools.
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
