As an Implementation Support Consultant at a junior level, you will play a crucial role in assisting our senior consultants with the successful deployment and ongoing support of our software products for a diverse range of clients. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior consultants in the configuration and deployment of software solutions according to client specifications.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and quality assurance activities to ensure system functionality.
  • Provide front-line technical support to clients post-implementation, troubleshooting issues and escalating complex problems.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user manuals, configuration guides, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Conduct basic training sessions for end-users on how to effectively use the implemented software.
  • Collaborate with development and product teams to relay client feedback and contribute to product enhancements.
  • Monitor system performance and client usage, identifying areas for optimization and improvement.
