Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior consultants in the configuration and deployment of software solutions according to client specifications.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and quality assurance activities to ensure system functionality.
- Provide front-line technical support to clients post-implementation, troubleshooting issues and escalating complex problems.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user manuals, configuration guides, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Conduct basic training sessions for end-users on how to effectively use the implemented software.
- Collaborate with development and product teams to relay client feedback and contribute to product enhancements.
- Monitor system performance and client usage, identifying areas for optimization and improvement.
