Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment and machinery during the night shift, ensuring optimal performance and output.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs on equipment to minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently to maintain production schedules.
- Conduct quality checks on products at various stages of production, ensuring adherence to specifications and standards.
- Document all production activities, maintenance logs, and quality control data accurately.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the night shift team and communicate effectively with supervisors regarding operational status and any issues.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Manufacturing Technician or similar role in a production environment (2+ years).
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, with the ability to operate and maintain complex machinery.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a methodical approach to troubleshooting.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications for data entry and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications
