Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and mobility.
- Support individuals with daily living activities, promoting independence and choice.
- Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes to senior staff.
- Administer medication under the supervision of qualified nurses (where appropriate and trained).
- Maintain clear and accurate care records and documentation.
- Engage residents in meaningful activities and foster social interaction.
- Ensure a clean, tidy, and safe environment for residents.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a care setting (e.g., care assistant, support worker)
