Key Responsibilities
- Define, communicate, and execute the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Oversee the full product lifecycle from discovery and conceptualization through development, launch, and iteration.
- Drive market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to identify new opportunities and inform product decisions.
- Collaborate extensively with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery.
- Manage product P&L, budgeting, and resource allocation to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
- Champion customer-centricity, ensuring products address user needs and deliver exceptional value.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of progressive experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership (Director/VP) role.
- Proven track record of defining, launching, and scaling successful technology products, ideally in SaaS, B2B, or platform environments.
- Deep technical understanding with the ability to engage in meaningful discussions with engineering teams.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with experience managing diverse teams.
- Proficiency in agile development methodologies and product management tools.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex market insights and customer needs into actionable product strategies.
