Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, escalating more complex cases when necessary.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.

Required Skills

  • Proven customer support experience (minimum 1 year).
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Customer orientation and adaptability to diverse customer needs.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and practices.
  • Patience, empathy, and a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
  • Eligible for visa sponsorship for employment in the UK.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a multicultural work environment.
  • Familiarity with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar customer service platforms.
  • Proficiency in additional languages (e.g., European or Asian languages).
  • High school diploma; some college education or a degree is a significant plus.
  • Experience with conflict resolution or de-escalation techniques.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including some evenings or weekends if required.
