Hiring.zycto is seeking an exceptional Head of Partnerships to spearhead our global partner strategy and ecosystem development. This pivotal remote role offers the opportunity to define and execute our partnership vision, identifying, engaging, and nurturing relationships with key strategic partners, integrators, and channel partners across various industries. As Head of Partnerships, you will be instrumental in expanding Hiring.zycto’s market penetration and accelerating our growth trajectory. You will build and lead a world-class partnership function from the ground up, establishing robust frameworks, scalable processes, and clear performance metrics to ensure measurable success and continuous improvement. Your expertise will guide the selection and prioritization of new partners, ranging from technology alliances to reseller agreements. You will be responsible for negotiating complex, multi-faceted agreements, and cultivating collaborative go-to-market strategies that deliver significant mutual value and impact. This isn’t just about managing existing relationships; it’s about pioneering new avenues for collaboration, identifying emerging trends, and unlocking untapped potential that aligns with our long-term strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive global partnership strategy aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new strategic partners, including technology alliances, channel partners, and integrators.
  • Negotiate and finalize complex partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and outcomes.
  • Cultivate and manage strong, long-term relationships with existing partners, fostering collaboration and maximizing value.
  • Develop and implement joint go-to-market plans with partners to drive lead generation, revenue, and market share.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing partnership team, setting clear goals and performance expectations.
  • Monitor partner performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report on partnership effectiveness and ROI to leadership.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure partner success and alignment.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and identify emerging partnership opportunities.
  • Represent Hiring.zycto at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings to promote our brand and solutions.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or channel management within the SaaS or HR Technology sectors.
  • Proven track record of initiating, negotiating, and successfully closing significant partnership deals.
  • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, go-to-market strategies, and revenue generation through partnerships.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and inspire high-performing teams.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities to identify market opportunities and measure success.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Experience with a global partner network and diverse cultural contexts.
  • Familiarity with CRM and partner management platforms (e.g., Salesforce, PartnerStack).
  • Deep knowledge of the recruitment technology landscape and competitive offerings.
  • Established network of contacts within the HR Tech or broader SaaS industry.
