Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service.
- Set up, maintain, and replenish the breakfast buffet throughout service hours.
- Prepare and arrange food items, beverages, and dining supplies according to hotel standards.
- Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the breakfast area, including tables, chairs, and serving stations.
- Clear tables, wash dishes, and maintain an organized back-of-house area.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries.
- Monitor food quality and freshness, adhering to all food safety and health regulations.
- Assist with inventory management and reporting of supplies.
- Collaborate with kitchen and front desk staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Handle minor guest complaints or escalate them to a supervisor when necessary.
