Job Description
Hiring.zycto is seeking a visionary and experienced Head of Infrastructure – IT to lead our critical technology infrastructure operations. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for defining, implementing, and overseeing the entire IT infrastructure strategy, ensuring its alignment with our company’s overarching business objectives. This includes managing cloud and on-premise environments, network architecture, data centers, security protocols, and disaster recovery plans.
As the Head of Infrastructure, you will be a strategic leader, guiding a talented team of engineers and specialists. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the IT infrastructure strategy, roadmap, and architecture.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of infrastructure engineers and specialists.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP) and on-premise infrastructure.
- Ensure the security, availability, and performance of all IT systems and networks.
- Manage disaster recovery planning, business continuity, and data backup strategies.
- Administer the infrastructure budget, vendor relationships, and technology procurement.
- Establish and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices, ensuring compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support application development and operational needs.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies to optimize infrastructure and enhance service delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and incident management processes.
