Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and faxing.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries, ensuring timely distribution.
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist with data entry and basic record-keeping tasks using various software applications.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages and providing general information as needed.
  • Maintain office supply inventory, monitor stock levels, and place orders when necessary.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments and team members as required, assisting with special projects.
  • Ensure the general tidiness and organization of common office areas.

Required Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet navigation.
