Hiring.zycto is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Remote Psychologist to join our growing team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a licensed professional to provide high-quality psychological services to a diverse client base across Canada, all from the convenience and flexibility of your home office. As a Remote Psychologist with Hiring.zycto, you will play a pivotal role in delivering evidence-based assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for a wide range of mental health conditions. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations via secure telehealth platforms.
  • Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to client needs.
  • Provide individual, couple, or family therapy using various therapeutic modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT, Psychodynamic).
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential client records in compliance with professional and legal standards.
  • Collaborate with internal clinical team members and external healthcare professionals as appropriate.
  • Participate in regular clinical supervision, team meetings, and professional development activities.
  • Adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards set by regulatory bodies.
  • Manage caseload efficiently, including scheduling appointments and follow-ups.

Required Skills

  • Doctorate degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology from an accredited university.
  • Current and unrestricted license to practice as a Psychologist in Ontario, Canada.
  • Proficiency in delivering evidence-based psychotherapy across diverse populations.
  • Strong diagnostic assessment skills and formulation abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort and competence with telehealth technology and secure virtual platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with a broad range of mental health conditions including anxiety, depression, trauma, and mood disorders.
  • Proficiency in additional languages is an asset.
  • Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
  • Certification or specialized training in specific therapeutic modalities (e.g., CBT-I, EMDR).
  • Prior experience in a remote or virtual care setting.
