Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Merchandising team in executing product strategies and promotional plans.
  • Support inventory management, including tracking stock levels, processing orders, and coordinating deliveries.
  • Help maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring attractive and cohesive product displays.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.
  • Update and maintain product information, pricing, and promotional details across various internal systems.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Sales) to ensure smooth product launches and campaigns.
  • Prepare reports on product performance, sales data, and inventory movement.
  • Provide administrative support to the Merchandising department as needed.

Required Skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
