Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with a friendly, helpful attitude.
- Respond to customer inquiries about products, services, and store policies.
- Accurately process sales transactions using POS systems, including cash, card, and other payment methods.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and checkout area.
- Restock shelves and display merchandise according to store standards.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Stay informed about current promotions, products, and services.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures as required for day shifts.
