Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them with a friendly, helpful attitude.
  • Respond to customer inquiries about products, services, and store policies.
  • Accurately process sales transactions using POS systems, including cash, card, and other payment methods.
  • Handle returns, exchanges, and customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and checkout area.
  • Restock shelves and display merchandise according to store standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
  • Stay informed about current promotions, products, and services.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures as required for day shifts.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to handle transactions accurately and efficiently (basic math skills).

  • Ability to communicate in Welsh (desirable for Cardiff location).
