Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu selections, answering questions about ingredients and preparation methods.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages, including coffee, sandwiches, pastries, and other cafe items, adhering to strict hygiene and quality standards.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, handle cash and card transactions accurately, and manage customer orders efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe area, including dining spaces, kitchen, serving counters, and equipment.
- Restock supplies, manage inventory levels for front-of-house items, and ensure all products are fresh and properly displayed.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and health standards, ensuring a safe environment for both customers and staff.
