Key Responsibilities
- Assist skilled maintenance technicians with various repair and maintenance tasks throughout the hotel.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance checks on equipment and facilities, identifying and reporting issues.
- Conduct minor repairs such as patching walls, changing lightbulbs, tightening fixtures, and unclogging drains.
- Help maintain cleanliness and organization in maintenance workshops, storage areas, and mechanical rooms.
- Respond to guest and staff requests for minor maintenance issues promptly and courteously.
- Assist with groundskeeping tasks, including light landscaping and snow removal as needed.
- Support the team in ensuring all safety standards and protocols are consistently followed.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
