Key Responsibilities

  • Write, edit, and proofread high-quality, engaging, and SEO-friendly content for various platforms (website, social media, email campaigns, press releases, case studies).
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and recruitment teams to identify content opportunities, align on messaging, and meet strategic objectives.
  • Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics, market trends, and competitor activities to ensure accuracy and relevance of content.
  • Optimize all content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic visibility, traffic, and search rankings.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice, style, and tone across all written materials, adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Manage content calendars and workflows, ensuring timely delivery of all content assets and adherence to deadlines.
  • Analyze content performance using relevant metrics (e.g., traffic, engagement, conversion rates) and adapt strategies for continuous improvement.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience (3+ years) as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or similar role in a professional setting.
