Key Responsibilities
- Support serving staff by setting up and clearing tables efficiently and promptly.
- Assist with the preparation and stocking of dining areas, including cutlery, glassware, and condiments.
- Help in taking customer orders accurately and relaying them to kitchen staff as needed.
- Serve food and beverages to guests with a friendly, professional, and efficient demeanor.
- Ensure all guest areas are clean, tidy, and organized at all times, adhering strictly to hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Assist with dishwashing, general kitchen cleanliness, and organization when required.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all menu items, daily specials, and beverage offerings.
- Support inventory management by assisting with stock rotation, proper storage, and replenishing supplies.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and company policies.
- Collaborate effectively with all team members to ensure seamless service delivery and a positive guest experience.
