As a Web Designer at Hiring.zycto, you will be deeply involved in the entire product lifecycle, from initial ideation to final deployment and iteration. Your daily tasks will range from conducting user research, crafting detailed wireframes, and developing interactive prototypes, to designing high-fidelity mockups that adhere to brand guidelines. A critical part of your role will involve ensuring the seamless integration of your designs into functional front-end code, collaborating closely with our development teams to maintain design fidelity and performance. You’ll be responsible for creating intuitive navigation structures, optimizing user journeys, and maintaining design consistency across all our digital touchpoints, making every interaction purposeful and engaging. This role demands a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of current web design trends, and proficiency in modern design tools like Figma or Sketch.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces (UI) for web applications.
- Develop wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Optimize user experience (UX) by identifying and resolving pain points in user journeys.
- Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality, responsive front-end code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
- Ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and work closely with developers for seamless integration.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in UI/UX design software (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
