Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic advisor and confidant to senior medical leadership, providing insights and recommendations on critical organizational issues.
- Oversee the execution of key strategic initiatives and projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timely completion.
- Facilitate effective communication and information flow between the medical leadership, various departments, and external stakeholders.
- Manage and prioritize the medical leadership’s agenda, including meeting preparation, follow-up on action items, and ensuring critical decisions are made and implemented.
- Lead complex operational improvement projects, identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and analyses to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Represent the medical leadership in internal and external meetings, exercising judgment and discretion on behalf of the organization.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability across the medical division.
- Anticipate potential challenges and proactively develop mitigation strategies, ensuring smooth operations.
- Assist in talent management initiatives for medical staff, including recruitment, onboarding, and professional development programs.
Required Skills
- Medical Degree (MD or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in healthcare administration or leadership roles within a complex medical environment.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, project management, and operational improvement.
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
