Key Responsibilities

  • Set up banquet rooms, including tables, chairs, linens, place settings, and décor according to event specifications.
  • Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and timely manner.
  • Clear tables efficiently and discreetly throughout events.
  • Assist guests with requests and inquiries, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas before, during, and after events.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff, event coordinators, and other team members to ensure seamless service.
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Assist with post-event breakdown and cleanup.
  • Handle glassware, dishware, and other equipment with care.
