Key Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of physical tasks, including loading, unloading, and transporting materials.
- Assist skilled tradespersons (e.g., carpenters, masons, plumbers) as needed on job sites.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including sweeping, tidying, and waste removal.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision in a safe and efficient manner.
- Follow all safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) diligently.
- Perform site preparation and cleanup duties, including digging, raking, and debris disposal.
- Assist with the setup and teardown of equipment and temporary structures.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding task progress and any issues.
- Adhere to project schedules and complete assigned tasks within specified timelines.
- Be a proactive team player, willing to take on new tasks and learn new skills.
Required Skills
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
