Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive compliance policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular internal audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance breaches and areas for improvement.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on legal, regulatory, and governance matters to various departments.
  • Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations, assessing their impact and ensuring timely adaptation of internal frameworks.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in a compliance, audit, legal, or governance role.
