Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify customer needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions or alternatives.
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints into the CRM system.
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Continuously strive to improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth.
  • Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to effectively assist customers.

Required Skills

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • High level of empathy and patience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to adapt and respond to different types of characters.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a high-volume call center environment.
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is a significant asset.
  • Post-secondary education in a relevant field.
  • Experience with Zendesk or similar customer service software.
