Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, print, and organize shipping documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, and customs forms.
- Coordinate daily shipments with carriers, ensuring timely dispatch and receipt of goods.
- Accurately input and update shipment data into the company's inventory and logistics management systems.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies and report any issues promptly.
- Communicate effectively with warehouse staff, drivers, and internal departments to facilitate smooth operations.
- Assist in resolving shipping-related issues such as lost packages, delayed deliveries, or customs clearance problems.
- Maintain an organized and tidy shipping area, adhering to safety and compliance regulations.
Required Skills
