Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently remove unwanted items from residential and commercial properties, following established protocols.
- Operate company vehicles (e.g., box trucks, dump trucks) and equipment (e.g., dollies, hand trucks) safely after comprehensive training.
- Sort, load, and transport various materials for appropriate disposal, recycling, or donation centers.
- Interact professionally and courteously with clients, providing exceptional customer service and answering any questions.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols, policies, and local regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable work environment and company vehicles.
- Assist in on-site problem-solving to ensure efficient job completion and client satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding job progress and any issues.
