Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities across assigned manufacturing lines.
- Ensure production targets are met consistently while upholding stringent quality standards.
- Implement and rigorously enforce all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Train, mentor, and motivate production team members to achieve peak performance and foster skill development.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze production data, and generate comprehensive reports on operational performance.
- Identify and proactively troubleshoot production issues, implementing effective corrective and preventative actions.
- Optimize workflow processes and champion lean manufacturing principles to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

Required Skills
- Proven experience (minimum 4 years) in a production supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
