Key Responsibilities
- Assist in receiving, unpacking, and storing incoming inventory shipments accurately and efficiently.
- Perform regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies with digital records.
- Monitor stock levels for various hotel departments (e.g., F&B, housekeeping, maintenance) and place replenishment orders as directed.
- Maintain an organized and clean storage area, ensuring easy access to all items.
- Assist with data entry and updating inventory management systems to reflect current stock.
- Collaborate with departmental managers to understand their supply needs and forecasts.
- Identify and report any damaged, expired, or slow-moving inventory items.
Required Skills
