Job Description

Hiring.zycto invites dedicated and eager individuals to embark on a fulfilling career as a Shipper Receiver within our thriving Toronto operations. This is an exceptional opportunity for those who are ready to learn and grow, as comprehensive training will be provided to ensure your success from day one. As a vital member of our logistics team, you will play a crucial role in the efficient movement of goods, from their arrival at our state-of-the-art facility to their meticulous dispatch to various destinations, directly impacting our supply chain’s efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Your day-to-day will involve a diverse range of tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all shipping and receiving processes. You’ll gain hands-on experience learning to handle incoming shipments, meticulously checking for discrepancies against purchase orders, and safely organizing inventory within our warehouse. This involves operating equipment safely (with proper training), scanning items, and ensuring proper documentation is maintained. On the shipping side, you’ll master the art of preparing outgoing orders, ensuring they are correctly picked, packed, labelled, and documented for dispatch, adhering to strict quality and safety guidelines. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a hands-on approach, possesses keen attention to detail, and thrives in a structured, yet dynamic, work setting where no two days are exactly alike.

We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively within a cohesive team. While previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is a plus, it is by no means a prerequisite – your enthusiasm and commitment to learning are our priority. Your willingness to adapt, embrace new challenges, and strictly commit to our safety standards and operational procedures is what truly matters. We believe in investing in our people, and this position offers a clear pathway for professional development and advancement within our growing company. You’ll acquire valuable skills in inventory management, logistics software, and material handling. If you’re looking for a stable career with a company that values its employees, provides robust training, and offers the tools for success, then Hiring.zycto is the place for you. Join us and contribute to a team that prides itself on precision, efficiency, and exceptional service in the vibrant heart of the Distillery District.
