Key Responsibilities
- Assist skilled handymen and technicians with various repair and maintenance tasks.
- Learn to identify and safely use a variety of hand and power tools.
- Perform basic maintenance tasks under supervision (e.g., changing light bulbs, fixing minor leaks, painting touch-ups).
- Help with the setup and cleanup of job sites, including material handling and waste disposal.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained, cleaned, and stored.
- Follow safety protocols and company guidelines at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Undertake any other duties as assigned to support property maintenance operations.
