Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior maintenance technicians with a variety of repair and maintenance tasks across our properties.
- Perform routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify potential issues and ensure proper functioning.
- Conduct basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks under supervision.
- Handle general upkeep, cleaning, and organization of work areas and equipment.
- Respond to minor maintenance requests and assist with troubleshooting.
- Support inventory management of tools, equipment, and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and company policies.
- Help prepare facilities for events or special requirements.
- Report any major repair needs or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
