Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior maintenance technicians with a variety of repair and maintenance tasks across our properties.
  • Perform routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify potential issues and ensure proper functioning.
  • Conduct basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks under supervision.
  • Handle general upkeep, cleaning, and organization of work areas and equipment.
  • Respond to minor maintenance requests and assist with troubleshooting.
  • Support inventory management of tools, equipment, and supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and company policies.
  • Help prepare facilities for events or special requirements.
  • Report any major repair needs or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
