Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues, product questions, and service-related concerns.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests efficiently.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by going the extra mile.
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Proactively identify and suggest improvements to customer service processes and tools.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Previous experience in a customer service or support role (e.g., call center, retail).

  • Fluency in French is an asset.
