Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wines, beers, and spirits, adhering to recipes and quality standards.
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Process payments accurately using the POS system and handle cash transactions efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, including glassware, garnishes, and inventory.
- Monitor inventory levels for spirits, mixers, and other bar supplies, and assist with stock ordering.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as licensing laws regarding alcohol service.
- Engage with guests to enhance their experience, building rapport and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate as necessary.
- Uphold brand standards for service, presentation, and overall guest experience.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Bartender in a fast-paced environment
- Extensive knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and cocktail preparation techniques
