Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to established procedures and quality standards.
- Receive, unload, and process incoming inventory, ensuring items are correctly stored and accounted for.
- Prepare packages for shipment, including labeling, scanning, and staging for carrier pickup.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the fulfillment area.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., hand trucks, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently, if required.
- Perform routine inventory checks and assist with cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Identify and report any discrepancies, damages, or quality control issues to supervisors.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations at all times.
