Key Responsibilities
- Safely load and unload materials from trucks and containers, both manually and using basic equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) after training.
- Efficiently sort, organize, and store inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Assist with picking and packing orders accurately according to client specifications.
- Perform general warehouse duties, including maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe work environment.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or safety concerns to supervisors immediately.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure operational efficiency and meet daily targets.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as required.
- Operate and maintain warehouse equipment responsibly and safely after receiving proper training.
Required Skills
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout a shift.
- Basic communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn new tasks and procedures.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
