Key Responsibilities
- Accurately collect fares, issue tickets, and process passenger payments using various systems.
- Provide excellent customer service, assisting passengers with queries regarding routes, schedules, and destinations.
- Ensure passenger safety by monitoring behaviour, assisting with boarding/alighting, and managing onboard situations calmly and effectively.
- Communicate effectively with the bus driver to ensure smooth and timely service.
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the bus interior throughout shifts.
- Handle difficult or sensitive situations with tact, professionalism, and adherence to company policy.
- Assist passengers with disabilities or special needs, ensuring accessibility and comfort.
- Report any issues, incidents, or equipment malfunctions to the relevant authorities promptly.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations, including health and safety guidelines.
