Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-rise window cleaning using rope access, cradle systems, and water-fed poles.
- Conduct thorough pre-work inspections of equipment, access systems, and work areas.
- Adhere strictly to all health and safety guidelines, regulations, and company policies, especially when working at height.
- Clean windows, frames, and exterior surfaces to a high standard, removing dirt, grime, and streaks.
- Utilize appropriate cleaning solutions and techniques for various types of glass and building materials.
- Maintain and care for all assigned cleaning equipment, reporting any faults or damage immediately.
- Work efficiently and effectively, both independently and as part of a team, to meet project deadlines.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with team members, clients, and site management.
- Complete daily work logs and safety documentation accurately.
- Adapt cleaning methods and schedules to account for weather conditions and specific client requirements.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in high-rise window cleaning.
- Proficiency in using rope access (abseiling), cradle systems, and water-fed poles.
- Excellent understanding and strict adherence to health and safety regulations for working at height.
- Strong physical fitness and ability to work comfortably at significant heights.

Preferred Qualifications
- IRATA Level 1, 2, or 3 certification.

- Full UK driving license.
