Job Description

Hiring.zycto is on the lookout for a passionate and highly organized Record Label A&R Coordinator to join our vibrant team in Garfield Park, Indianapolis. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the A&R team in scouting and identifying new talent across various platforms and genres.
  • Systematically review and log unsolicited demo submissions, providing initial feedback and recommendations.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, listening sessions, and recording studio bookings for artists and A&R executives.
  • Maintain accurate databases of artist contacts, project timelines, and budget expenditures.
  • Conduct market research on music trends, competitor releases, and emerging artists to inform A&R strategy.
  • Liaise with artists, producers, engineers, and legal teams regarding project logistics, agreements, and deadlines.
  • Support the preparation of artist development plans and progress reports.
  • Assist in the administrative aspects of contract drafting and execution.
  • Attend live showcases, industry events, and concerts to discover potential talent and network.
  • Manage A&R-related travel arrangements and expense reports.

Required Skills
