Key Responsibilities
- Perform general labour tasks, including demolition, debris removal, and site clean-up.
- Assist skilled technicians in various restoration processes, such as water extraction, drying, and mold remediation.
- Safely operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, and other restoration equipment.
- Load and unload materials and equipment from vehicles.
- Prepare work sites by setting up containment barriers, protecting unaffected areas, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients on-site.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
