Key Responsibilities
- Assist experienced tunnel workers and supervisors in all aspects of underground construction.
- Perform manual labor tasks including lifting, carrying, digging, shoveling, and operating basic hand tools.
- Load and unload materials, equipment, and supplies safely and efficiently.
- Help set up and dismantle equipment, scaffolding, and temporary structures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering strictly to all housekeeping standards.
- Strictly follow all company safety policies, procedures, and government regulations.
- Report any unsafe conditions, incidents, or hazards immediately to a supervisor.
- Participate actively in daily safety briefings and training sessions.
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other personnel.
- Perform general site maintenance and other duties as assigned by the project foreman or supervisor.
Required Skills
- Physical stamina and strength to perform demanding manual labor for extended periods.
- Ability to work effectively in confined spaces, at heights, and in varying weather conditions.
- Strong commitment to safety and adherence to all safety protocols.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience in heavy labor, construction, or a physically demanding role.
