Key Responsibilities

- Oversee chronic disease management programs and promote preventative health strategies.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records using electronic health record systems.

Required Skills
- Full registration with the General Medical Council (GMC) with a licence to practice.

- Proven experience in both general practice and your chosen specialty.
