Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular foot patrols of designated construction sites to deter theft, vandalism, and unauthorized entry.
- Monitor access points, meticulously verifying credentials of all personnel and visitors entering and exiting the site.
- Maintain detailed daily logs and submit accurate reports on activities, incidents, and observed irregularities.
- Respond promptly and effectively to alarms, emergencies, or disturbances on site, following established protocols.
- Enforce site-specific rules and regulations, ensuring strict compliance with all safety and security policies.
- Operate and monitor CCTV cameras and other security surveillance equipment as required.
- Liaise professionally with site management, emergency services, and fellow security personnel to ensure seamless operations.
- Provide a highly visible and professional security presence to maintain order and a safe working environment.
