Key Responsibilities
- Manage the issuance and reception of tools, equipment, and materials to personnel.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using a computerized system.
- Perform routine inspections of tools and equipment for damage, wear, or malfunction.
- Organize and store tools and materials in a clean, orderly, and accessible manner.
- Coordinate with suppliers for replenishment of stock and new equipment acquisition.
- Ensure all safety procedures and guidelines are followed during tool handling.
- Conduct minor repairs and maintenance on tools or arrange for external servicing.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as required.
- Report any discrepancies, damaged tools, or safety concerns promptly.
Required Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) safely.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
