Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior technicians with the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of various systems at customer sites.
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal system performance and longevity.
  • Diagnose and resolve basic technical issues and escalate complex problems to experienced personnel.
  • Document all service activities accurately, including installations, repairs, and maintenance performed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, strictly adhering to all safety protocols and company policies.
  • Provide clear, concise, and professional communication to customers regarding service status, procedures, and completion.
  • Operate and maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicles responsibly.

Required Skills
