Key Responsibilities

- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment in public areas of the airport terminal.
- Collaborate effectively with airport staff, airline personnel, and security teams to ensure smooth operations and passenger safety.
- Proactively identify and address potential issues, escalating complex problems to supervisors when necessary.
- Provide information on local attractions, transportation options, and other services available in Fort McMurray to enhance the passenger experience.
