Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with a positive attitude.
- Learn and implement effective sales techniques, product knowledge, and visual merchandising standards.
- Support inventory management tasks such as receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and conducting counts.
- Observe and shadow experienced supervisors to understand leadership duties and team management.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.
- Actively participate in all training programs and development workshops.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
