Key Responsibilities

  • Greeting visitors warmly and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Answering and directing phone calls, managing incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Maintaining office supplies inventory by checking stock, anticipating needs, placing orders, and verifying receipt.
  • Organizing and scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
  • Performing data entry, filing, scanning, and photocopying tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Assisting with preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Ensuring the office environment is tidy, organized, and presentable.
  • Supporting various departments with ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Assisting in the coordination of company events or meetings.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, Outlook).
