Key Responsibilities

  • Process routine financial transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, cheque cashing, and bill payments.
  • Assist members with account inquiries, provide basic information about credit union products and services, and direct them to appropriate specialists when needed.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all member information and adhere to all credit union policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, mail processing, and managing office supplies.
  • Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions, ensuring all discrepancies are identified and resolved promptly.
  • Actively participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge of financial products, services, and operational protocols.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, assisting colleagues as required to ensure seamless branch operations.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
