Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of designated areas, ensuring property and personnel safety.
- Monitor surveillance equipment (CCTV) and alarm systems for any irregularities.
- Control access to premises, verifying credentials and managing visitor logs.
- Respond to alarms and emergency situations according to established protocols.
- Deter illegal activities and undesirable behavior through visible presence.
- Prepare detailed incident reports and daily activity logs.
- Provide assistance and directions to clients, visitors, and employees.
- Enforce company policies and procedures firmly and respectfully.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and vigilance at all times.
Required Skills
- Valid Ontario Security Guard License (or ability to obtain upon hire).
- Strong observational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Basic computer literacy for report writing and monitoring systems.
- Physical ability to perform patrols, stand for extended periods, and respond to emergencies.
- Reliable and punctual.

Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid First Aid and CPR certification.
