Key Responsibilities

  • Assist immigration lawyers and consultants in the preparation and filing of various immigration applications (e.g., permanent residence, temporary visas, work permits, study permits, citizenship).
  • Gather, organize, and manage client documentation, ensuring all necessary forms and supporting evidence are accurately compiled.
  • Draft correspondence, affidavits, and other legal documents under the supervision of legal professionals.
  • Maintain and update client files, databases, and case management systems with utmost accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Communicate professionally with clients to collect information, provide updates, and address general inquiries.
  • Conduct basic research on immigration regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and assist with general administrative tasks.
  • Monitor application statuses and deadlines, proactively alerting the legal team to upcoming requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant immigration laws, regulations, and company policies.
